I ship by First Class mail, and the cost of shipping includes first class mail, insurance, and shipping materials. It's just as expensive for you to order one ornament, as it is to
order 101, at least as far as shipping is concerned. If you order more than a dozen ornaments at retail price, we will pay the shipping ourselves until November 1. To take advantage of this discount, write, “shipping discount” in the comment section. After December 15, we implement a rush charge of $20.00, which includes overnight shipping for up to 4 ornaments.

NOTE: Due to the ice storm in New England, power is out at the elves workshop and we will not be able to ship any additional orders before Christmas. This includes express deliveries.

Remember, personalizing is free on all ornaments. Shipping is free on orders of 12 or
more ornaments at retail price before November 1. We guarantee our workmanship, and we insure our packages, so call us if an ornament arrives broken. We can fix spelling errors, or explain to you how to do so, so call us if there's a personalization problem, our mistake or yours.
